Custom Orders
Custom orders allow you to tailor a product to meet your specific requirements. The most common one being to order it in a colour that is not otherwise available on the site. Please note that modifying dimensions to an already existing product does still require us to make that product again from scratch and the price will reflect that.
Ordering a custom colour only will cost you from 50% extra of the standard price of that product and up depending on what you are after. For all custom orders please send us an email through the form and include: What you want, link to images if you have it, the intended use of the product (film, theatre, cosplay etc.), what your deadline is and your location. Please be as specific as possible so that we can help you quickly.
Pricing for custom orders can vary depending on your deadline and the amount of work it requires to finish the order. The amount is paid up front and you can not be refunded for any work hours already spent on your item if you decide to cancel the order.
Bulk Orders
If you’re interested in purchasing our products in large quantities, we offer competitive pricing and personalized service for bulk orders. Whether you’re a business looking to stock our items or planning a large event, we’re equipped to handle orders of all sizes. For inquiries about bulk pricing and availability, please contact us and include: Which items, how many of each item you want to order, also what your deadline is and your location. A bulk order needs to include at least 10 items to qualify.
