Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns

Shipping and refunds are handled according to Swedish sales law. We do not accept returns for any used products for sanitary reasons. Products need to be unused and in it’s original packaging. We do not accept partial returns. If you wish to make a return please send us a message with your order ID to start the process. The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage costs at this point. Make sure to pay for tracked shipping to ensure that the product in ensured on it’s way back.

Custom orders and commissions can not be returned.

If you notice damage or wrong products having been delivered please contact us immediately with pictures for evaluation.

After receiving your product we will process the refund – be aware that if we find signs of usage or different condition than the product was sent out in the return might not be accepted. Refunds will be handled automatically through the same payment option you used when buying the product. Note that it might take a couple of work days for a refund to show up in your bank account. Once the item has been inspected you will get a notification that we have received the item and what the decision is.

If after a few work days you still haven’t received your refund please start by checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company and then your bank. If you still after this can’t find your refund please contact us and we will do our best to help.

PLEASE NOTE: If your return are sent from a different country than it was delivered to and it causes extra charges due to tax and import fees that will be deducted from your return amount.

As an extra note please remember that these are handmade products made to order and we assume that every customer reads the instructions and descriptions thoroughly . Make sure to always look at the pictures and videos and feel free to send us a message if you are unsure.

Sale items

We do not offer any refund for items on sale, including B-graded items that are offered at a discounted price.

Shipping

Please always double check your address at checkout. After the package has been sent we are not able to change the address and will have to wait for the order to, hopefully, get returned to us before we can process it again. Always contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake in your order.

Tracked shipping

It is up to the buyer to choose between tracked or regular untracked shipping. We want to be able to offer a cheaper alternative for those who want but we can not take any responsibility for any untracked items that might get lost on the way due to errors at the postal service. We always recommend to choose tracked shipping for a more secure purchase.

Shipping time

All items are shipped with 1-7 work days if not differently noted in the product description. Bulk orders & commissions have a different shipment date depending on what arrangement is made in your personal order. The shipment depends on size, location and deadline of those orders.

Currently these are the estimated shipping times according to our postal service:
Sweden: 2-3 work days
Europe: 5-7 work days
Rest of the world: 7-11 work days
All packages are shipped from Sweden.

Please allow for extra working days to pass before contacting us about any missing order. The shipping times are only an approximate estimate and not always correct.

Shipping cost

All shipping costs should be calculated automatically before checking out.

Important notice

We do not sell to drop shippers, proxy addresses or any other address that is not a private address or work address. Trying to work around these specifications will result in us cancelling your order and a potential blacklisting.

NOTE if we notice that you as a buyer is trying to scam us to pay you back for a product that is correct or get another free product we reserve the right to blacklist you from any future purchases without notice.
